Privacy notice

Last updated: 4 November 2026

In short

  • We only collect what you send us, to answer your request.
  • No tracking, no analytics, no advertising.
  • We never sell your data.
  • You can ask us to see or delete it at any time.

The rest of this notice gives the details: what personal data WEHELP IT SRL collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who is responsible for your data

WEHELP IT SRL, trading as WeHelp Security, Kapelleveldstraat 2, 9420 Erpe-Mere, Belgium. Enterprise number: BE 1036.312.564. For any privacy question, write to security@wehelp.be.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us when you request an assessment or email us:

When you press send, your request is emailed to us. We do not keep a copy on the website. You don’t have to give us these details, but we can’t answer without a way to reach you.

Please do not send patient data. We never need it to answer a request, so leave it out of your message.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We send no newsletters, and we make no automated decisions about you.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your request for up to two years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep what is needed for the duration of the contract and for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.

5. Who can see it

Only our team, and the IT providers we use for email and website hosting. They act on our instructions under a contract. We never sell your data. If a provider ever handles data outside the European Economic Area, that only happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no tracking cookies, advertising cookies or analytics. Fonts and images load from this website, not from third parties. One item is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us: an unsent draft of the form, which is deleted when you submit it.

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. It may also set a short-lived technical cookie to protect the site against automated traffic.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to security@wehelp.be and we will reply within one month.

8. Complaints

You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.

9. When you are our client

When we work in your Microsoft 365 environment, we act as your processor. We sign a data processing agreement with each client before that work starts.

10. Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
